Intric Global, Henley & Partners announce collaboration bringing global real estate intelligence and residence advisory
The collaboration pairs Intric’s intelligence with Henley & Partners’ residence and citizenship advisory, addressing a gap for internationally mobile families.
I am glad to share that Intric and Henley & Partners are collaborating on a joint initiative. We are starting with a co-authored report pairing Henley's migration data with our property intelligence.”
SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Intric Global, the Singapore-based private network for cross-border real estate investment, and Henley & Partners, the global leader in residence and citizenship by investment, today announced a collaboration to give internationally mobile families a single view of the residency and real estate decisions they typically make in the same year and rarely plan together.— Abhii Dabas, Founder and CEO, Intric Global
The collaboration combines Henley & Partners’ advisory practice in residence and citizenship programmes with Intric’s intelligence and developer curation across 70+ residential markets. For families weighing a move, an education decision and a property purchase at the same time, the two questions have historically been handled by separate advisors working from separate information. The partnership is designed to close that gap.
WHAT THE COLLABORATION COVERS
The programme runs through the second half of 2026 and includes:
- Joint research. The Global Indian Family, a co-authored briefing on how Indian high net worth families are structuring capital, residency and education decisions across the United States, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Further briefings covering additional corridors are planned.
- A podcast series on Own the World, hosted by Abhii Dabas. The first episode features Yudhi Mapara, Associate Director at Henley & Partners India, on non-resident Indian capital and the global Indian family. The second features Tess Wilkins, Head of Education at Henley & Partners, on studying abroad and the United States education pathway.
- A co-authored articles, with contributions from Abhii Dabas published by Henley & Partners and contributions from Henley & Partners published through the Intric Intelligence Library.
- Joint briefing sessions for advisors and families across the firms’ shared markets, beginning.
“Families rarely start with a country. They start with a question about their children, their tax position or where the next decade of their business sits, and the jurisdiction follows from that. What we see across 70+ markets is that the residency decision and the property decision are usually made by the same family in the same year, and they are almost never advised on together. Working with Henley & Partners lets us put both halves of that decision in front of a family at the same time.”- Abhii Dabas, Founder and CEO, Intric Global
Abhii Dabas has personally evaluated real estate investment conditions in more than 40 countries over the past two decades and hosts the Own the World podcast for global investors.
“India is one of the world’s most dynamic wealth-creation markets, and that growth is translating into increasingly global ambitions among Indian families. We are seeing clients think more holistically about where they live, educate their children, invest and build long-term optionality, with residence and citizenship planning increasingly considered alongside the allocation of assets internationally. Our collaboration with Intric brings independent cross-border real estate intelligence into that conversation, helping families make these interconnected decisions with a broader view of their options.” - Yudhi Mapara, Associate Director, Henley & Partners India
FIRST PHASE: THE GLOBAL INDIAN FAMILY
The opening phase of the collaboration focuses on Indian high net worth families, one of the fastest-growing internationally mobile cohorts, and on four routes that answer different family objectives rather than a single investment thesis.
The United States is accessed primarily for education, with the EB-5 immigrant investor programme used by families whose principal objective is university placement and long-term optionality for children. Portugal is the main European route, and following the closure of the property acquisition option in 2023, the qualifying investment fund subscription is the live pathway for Indian applicants seeking European Union residency without a physical relocation requirement. The United Arab Emirates continues to draw Indian high net worth relocation through the Golden Visa framework, supported by proximity, tax position and an established Indian community. The United Kingdom remains the education and capital preservation anchor, though property purchase in the UK confers no residency or visa rights.
