ASHEVILLE, NC, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- B Three Construction is proud to open the Elk Mountain Home during the 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes. The free, self-guided tour takes place October 17-18 and October 24-25, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the event showcases new and renovated mountain homes across Asheville, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, and surrounding communities. Visitors may tour in person or explore virtual options online.

The featured home is the Elk Mountain Home at 502 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway, Asheville, North Carolina 28804. This original design by John Rogers, AIA, combines wide-open living, modern details, and mountain views. Situated on a family home site, the residence brings together sunlight, natural materials, open living areas, and outdoor spaces to create a comfortable and refined atmosphere.

Vaulted ceilings and wide, windows bring the treetops inside. Horizontal bands wrap the main living areas and provide accent lighting. The back porch overlooks Herron Cove, offering a natural connection to the landscape.

Special features include the galley kitchen with granite countertops and island seating; a vaulted timber-frame ceiling; full-height gable windows and fireplace; a full-length glass north wall overlooking the porch; oak and fir paneled walls, ceilings, and floors; large outdoor living areas; and a walk-out basement ready for future finished bedrooms and living space.

"See how sunlight, natural materials, and open planning work together with outdoor living," said Bruce Fleming III, owner of B Three Construction. "Whether you are gathering design ideas or considering a custom build, the Elk Mountain Home offers a complete look at thoughtful mountain architecture. Join us for the parade and I’ll show you.

For each client's vision, I offer my best - experience, procedures, tradesmen, and scheduling. Putting the homeowner in command, while I take the wheel. I want to Build Beautifully and add real lasting value to the homes, towns and countryside of WNC.
